Get to know me
about me
My greatest joy is being a mom to my three favorite humans. As of August 2024 when I am writing this they are 16, 13, and 10. Being a mom is the hardest, but best part of my life. As a solo parent and small business owner I have first hand experience in using these life simplification systems I help clients implement.
Life is about living
I can become very guilty of staying busy and living my life by my to do list. This list is who I really want to me more of and create more time for by simplifying my own processes and life. We are all a work in progress
I love being in the garden, pulling weeds is awful but also theraputic. I love hiking (at the dismay of my children), I love going for adventures with my friends… often times paddle boarding in the summer or hot springs hopping in the cooler months. I love to go for walks and listen to a good podcast. I love books but have a hard time sitting still long enough to read, hence the growing stack of books on my nightstand. Sunday’s are my favorite day of the week. I love a good reset. My morning routines are my secret to life along with my support system and faith.
why life simplification is important
Simply put (pun intended) this is about your mental health and overall well being. I could go on and on about this, and most likely will in a future post. When your space is calm and purposeful, you can be as well.
Just some of the benefits of being organized:
Reduced stress and anxiety
Better time management
Increase productivity
Financial Savings
More time to do things that you love
